Paula prepares foods with loving care and flavors that delight your taste buds. Our normal offering is a six course service. While other arrangements can be made for larger parties, a typical tea service at the Victorian Parlor will proceed like this:

1st Course:
Fresh fruit salad with topping

2nd Course:
Fresh garden salad with a variety of toppings

3rd Course:
A delightful, decadent dish of sweets: scones, tea breads, muffins or brownies with Devonshire cream.

4th Course:
2 kinds of sandwiches; some examples: cucumber with basil spread on pita, ham and cheese on Italian toast, curried egg salad or a chicken salad.

5th Course:
A piping hot bowl of soup, such as a chicken noodle, corn, rice, or beef, barley, noodle, rice or a creamy potato, potato-cheese, broccoli and cheese, etc.

6th Course:
The culmination, a scrumptious dessert, like peaches and cream cake, chocolate cakes, strawberry pie, Hawaiian cake, red velvet and other seasonal favorites.

Enjoy one of Paula's delicious dessert creations!

Normally, a very relaxing 1 ½ to 2 hours is needed to thoroughly enjoy the six course service. Your dining pleasure is important to us, and we seek to make your experience as memorable and satisfying as possible. Just one more reason why you will want to keep coming back..
